At the Thirty Seconds To Mars Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy to monitor the status of your return as it travels back to our warehouse.
